The River She Runs Wild is a longing to be free from the roles, responsibilities, fears, and accumulated ideas of who we're supposed to be. The river becomes an image of that freedom, carving her own crooked path without even knowing her name, while we begin the work of untangling the years and finding our way back to ourselves.
